Instrument Alerts
Instrument alert reports will be filed in the catalog (under Daily Reports) describing serious instrument problems/issues
that occur during a flight or while the aircraft is on the ground in remote locations. These alerts will be submitted
by Pavel or other PIs flying with the aircraft. As these alerts are submitted, e-mails are also generated and sent with the
contents of the alert to all interested parties who have subscribed to the e-mail list hippo5inst@eol.ucar.edu . To
